This report is currently available in Russian language only. However, we can provide an English version of the report within 3 weeks after receiving a payment.

This report is a study of titanium dioxide market in Russia and CIS countries (Kazakhstan and Ukraine). In addition there is a summary of the state of the world market of this segment of the industry.

Monitoring is carried out since 1999.

The purpose of research - analysis of titanium dioxide market in the CIS countries, mainly in Russia and Ukraine.

This is a desk study. As information sources, we used data of Rosstat, Federal Customs Service of Russia, official statistics of rail transport JSC "Russian Railways", Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics, the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the data base UNdata, sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as well as the manufacturer's website.

The chronological scope of the study: 1999-2013; forecast - 2015-2020.

Geography studies: Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.

The report consists of 6 Sections, contains 193 pages, including 40 tables, 48 figures and 3 appendices.

The first chapter describes the basic technology of titanium dioxide - sulfate and chlorine processes, data on the requirements for raw materials. This chapter provides information on world production of titanium concentrates in 1999-2013 and prices for ilmenite and rutile concentrates in 2002-2014. Particular attention is paid to the resource base of the CIS countries for the production of titanium dioxide. Briefly considered all manufacturers titanium concentrates in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, describes the key fields: Development and potential. In two sections, the first chapter presents data on the new projects of the CIS countries on development of raw materials of titanium.

The second chapter is devoted to the study of the production of titanium dioxide in the world and the CIS countries. A brief discussion of the situation analysis in the world, formed as a result of a sharp rise in commodity prices 2010-2012. Shows the structure of the global consumption of titanium dioxide in 2013 Particular attention is paid in the second chapter the production of titanium dioxide in Russia and Ukraine. Described in detail the main producers of the pigment - JSC "Sumykhimprom" and JSC "Crimean Titan" (output dynamics in 2002-2013, foreign trade operations, financial condition, plans to upgrade). In a separate section of this chapter describes the new projects to build capacity for the production of titanium dioxide in Russia.

The third chapter is dedicated to the export and import of titanium dioxide in Russia (1999-2013) and the Ukraine (2000-2013). In addition to the dynamics and characteristics of supply special attention in this section on identifying the direct consumers of titanium dioxide in Russia. Also contains information on customers Ukrainian TiO2 in the world.

The fourth chapter gives an overview of prices for titanium dioxide in the world, and also considered an export-import prices on the border of Ukraine and the Russian Federation (beh VAT and transport component).

The fifth chapter is devoted to consumption of titanium dioxide in Russia and Ukraine in 1999-2014. Given the balance of consumption (in dynamics) and pattern of consumption in 2008 and 2013 in a separate section of this chapter describes the status of the main branches of Russian industry, employing titanium dioxide - the paint, the production of plastics and films, laminated release paper and so on.

In the sixth chapter analyzes the prospects for the production and use of titanium dioxide in Russia and Ukraine by 2020, taking into account development indices major consuming industries and skladyayuscheysya situation in our economies.

The Appendix presents contact information on the main enterprise-producers and consumers (only in Russia) titanium dioxide.

The target audience of the study:

- Market participants titania chains and its further use;

- Potential investors.

This research claims to be the reference for marketing services and for decision management solutions, working in the market titanium-containing products.
