This report is currently available in Russian language only. However, we can provide an English version of the report within 3 weeks after receiving a payment.
This report is the sixth edition of a study of the natural zeolite market in the Russian Federation, the EEU/CIS countries, and globally.
Market monitoring has been conducted since 2004.
The objective of the study is to analyze the market for natural zeolites, as well as zeolite-containing rocks, in Russia, the EAEU countries, and globally.
The object of the study is natural zeolites and zeolite-containing rocks.
The study's chronological scope is 2003-2025; forecast for the period up to 2030.
The study's geographic scope includes: Russia (detailed market analysis), Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan (general characteristics), and the global market (brief analysis).
This work is a desk study. The sources of information used were data from statistical committees of the EAEU countries (including Rosstat, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Materials from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), international databases from the UN (UNdata), World Bank, and Eurostat; international and European trade data (UN Comtrade, Trade Map); the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (until 2022); the Unified Procurement Information System; rail transportation statistics; the SBIS database; foreign specialized companies; annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers; industry and regional press, conference materials, websites of manufacturers and consumers of the products under study; scientific and technical literature (e.g., Elibrary), the FIPS patent database; the InfoMine database, etc.
A distinctive feature of this work, compared to other studies presented on the Russian marketing market, is its broader timeframe—InfoMine has been monitoring the natural zeolite market since 2004—and the geographic breadth of the study. The review presents an analysis of the natural zeolite market in the EAEU countries, as well as a brief analysis of the global market.
The report consists of 10 chapters and contains 139 pages, including 18 figures, 39 tables, and 3 appendices.
The first chapter provides a brief description of the global natural zeolite market and data on production volumes by the world's largest producers.
The second chapter presents data on the main deposits and reserves of natural zeolites in the EAEU.
The third chapter presents data on the chemical composition of the main varieties of natural zeolites and their quality indicators.
The fourth chapter is devoted to the production of natural zeolites in the EAEU. It provides information on currently developed zeolite deposits, as well as data on zeolite production volumes in Russia (1997-2025) and the EAEU countries.
Chapter five characterizes the current status of the main natural zeolite mining and processing enterprises in the EAEU countries.
Chapter six is devoted to reserve zeolite deposits in Russia.
Chapter seven of the report examines foreign trade transactions with natural zeolite in Russia (1997-2024). The directions and volumes of these product deliveries are determined, and the largest zeolite exporters and importers are identified.
Chapter eight analyzes data on changes in export and import prices for natural zeolites in Russia (2004-2024), and also provides information on current domestic prices for natural zeolite in Russia.
Chapter nine of the report is devoted to natural zeolite consumption. It presents the balance of production and consumption of natural zeolite in Russia (1997-2024) and assesses the industry structure of zeolite consumption. This chapter also identifies the main Russian consumers of zeolite products.
The tenth and final chapter presents a forecast for the production and consumption of natural zeolite in Russia through 2030.
The appendices provide contact information for natural zeolite producers and consumers in the EAEU.
Target audience of the study:
– Participants in the talc market and its downstream consumption chains – producers, consumers, and traders;
– Potential investors.
The proposed study aims to serve as a reference guide for marketing departments and management decision makers working in the zeolite products market.
